More than 70% of Diyar Alkhair completed

Promoseven Holdings B.S.C.C Group, one of the leading real estate developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, revealed that the completion rate in the first phase of its latest residential project, ‘Diyar Alkhair’ in Sanabis has so far exceeded 70%. This suggests the possibility of being able to start handing over housing units that are ready before November 2021.
The first phase of the ‘Diyar Alkhair’ project includes two 14-story towers and 120 apartments of various sizes, designed to meet the needs of the modern Bahraini family. Competitive pricing starts from 50,000 Bahraini dinars, making them affordable to many citizens and investors.
The project will contain in its first phase with various apartments and facilities that form an integrated city in Sanabis area, which is located just 3 km from the capital Manama, in the heart of Bahrain. It is situated at the mid-point of a highway connecting southern and northern Bahrain.
Mr. Akram Miknas, Chairman of Promoseven Holdings group, confirmed that the construction work in the ‘Diyar Alkhair’ project has not stopped despite the exceptional circumstances imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. He stressed on the fact that this achievement reflects the keenness of the supervising team to adhere to the schedule set for completing the project without any delays.
Mr. Miknas said, “Diyar Alkhair forms part of a national effort to support the government’s relentless drive to provide more housing units to meet the growing needs of the increasing number of citizens. Mrs. Ibtissam Laitoum, Head of the real estate department at Promoseven Holdings, explained that the group has made all the necessary arrangements to start handing over apartments to their owners, residents, and investors.
